This is an agreement between CoinTrendz.com (referred to herein as "CoinTrendz", "we", "us", or "our") and you (together with CoinTrendz.com, the "Parties" and each a "Party"). By using the CoinTrendz website (the "Site") and Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use as well as our Privacy Policy and Affiliate Agreement. "Services" means any services available within the Site, our Telegram Bot and social profiles/channels. If you do not agree to the Terms of Use herein, do not use the Site or Services.
Our Terms of Use (“Terms” or “Agreement”) also includes our Privacy Policy, Affiliate Agreement, and any other documents referred to by those agreements, and they, as a whole, govern any and all of the access to the CoinTrendz platform, whether you are a visitor, guest, member, etc.
CoinTrendz's Platform can be found at https://CoinTrendz.com, and also includes all of the subdomains, mobile applications, any other media, location, application, etc. owned, managed, operated, etc. by CoinTrendz. When referring to the infrastructure in this Agreement, we will be collectively referring to them as the “Platform”.

I. Introduction
By using our Platform in any manner you are expressly agreeing to, and give your consent to be governed by, these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms or you do not wish to be bound by these Terms, you must not use or access CoinTrendz's Platform in any manner.
CoinTrendz may update or revise these Terms of Use from time to time by providing notice of such updates or revisions on the Platform. You agree that you will review these Terms of Use periodically. If you do not agree to the terms of these Terms of Use or any modified version of these Terms of Use, your sole recourse is to terminate your use of the Platform. If you breach any of these Terms of Use, your authorization to use the Platform automatically terminates and you must discontinue all use of the Platform.
II. Age of Access
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform, or, if you are between the ages of 13 and 18, you must have your parent or guardian's permission to use the Platform. By using our Platform, you are telling us by your actions that you have obtained that permission (you are 'representing' and 'warranting' that you have obtained the appropriate permissions to use our Platform). If you are under the age of 13 you may not use our Platform in any manner nor may you register for an account.

COINTRENDZ PROVIDES THE PLATFORM. COINTRENDZ DOES NOT PROVIDE FINANCIAL, INVESTMENT, LEGAL, TAX OR ANY OTHER PROFESSIONAL ADVICE. COINTRENDZ IS NOT A BROKER, FINANCIAL ADVISOR, INVESTMENT ADVISOR, PORTFOLIO MANAGER OR TAX ADVISOR. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT COINTRENDZ IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR USE OF ANY INFORMATION THAT YOU OBTAIN ON THE PLATFORM. YOUR DECISIONS MADE IN RELIANCE ON THE PRODUCTS OR SERVICES OR YOUR INTERPRETATIONS OF THE DATA ARE YOUR OWN FOR WHICH YOU HAVE FULL RESPONSIBILITY. DISCLOSURE: BEAR IN MIND THAT SOME OF THE LINKS ON OUR WEBSITE/SERVICES ARE REFERRAL LINKS AND IF YOU GO THROUGH THEM TO MAKE A PURCHASE OR SIGNUP, COINTRENDZ WILL EARN A COMMISSION. THE DECISION IS COMPLETELY YOURS, AND WHETHER OR NOT YOU DECIDE TO BUY SOMETHING OR SIGNUP ON SUCH WEBSITE IS COMPLETELY UP TO YOU. IV. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold CoinTrendz harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, costs and expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising from or related to your use of our Website or any Contracts or Services you purchase through it.
V. Code of Conduct
We have to set up some ground rules. Honestly, most of what we cover here should go without saying. However, it’s better to be upfront about things, rather than just assume everyone knows how they are expected to conduct themselves on our Platform.
No Illegal Activity: This is about as simple as it gets. Do not use the CoinTrendz Platform for any illegal activity. Period. You are not allowed to use our Platform to engage in any kind of conduct that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation (including, without limitation, any laws regarding the export of data or software to and from the US or other countries)
No Fraud: Yes, this is probably covered in the No Illegal Activity section above, but we want to make this very clear. Fraud will not be tolerated in any capacity
No Bad Code: Do not use the CoinTrendz Platform to transmit, distribute, send, etc. viruses, worms, or any other code that may be deemed dangerous, harmful, or destructive in any manner
No Spamming: Seriously. No one likes spam. We don’t like spam. We’re pretty sure that you don’t like your inbox cluttered with spam. You may not use the CoinTrendz Platform to engage in any activities that will result in sending spam to anyone on the CoinTrendz Platform, including CoinTrendz (and its employees), Members and so on.
No Impersonation of CoinTrendz or its Employees: Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery, but not when it comes to representing that You are a part of CoinTrendz. You will not impersonate CoinTrendz or any of its employees.
No Data Mining or Bots: You may not use any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering or extraction methods; and
No Use Other Than Intended: You may not use the Platform or any content contained on the Platform for any purposes other than intended.
If You violate this Code of Conduct we reserve the right to remove You and any of Your Content from the CoinTrendz Platform. Whether conduct violates our Code of Conduct will be determined in CoinTrendz's sole discretion.
VI. Prices & Payment Terms
All prices, discounts, and promotions posted on the Platform are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product or service will be the price advertised on the Platform at the time the order is placed, subject to the terms of any promotions or discounts, your geographical location or residence, chosen payment method. You will be charged the price advertised at the time the order is placed, in accordance with the chosen frequency of payment (monthly, yearly etc.) until terminated as outlined under these Terms of Use. Our price charged will be clearly stated in the transactions history section of the Platform after completion and confirmation of each transaction by the third party payment service provider.
If we increase our prices, that increase will only apply to purchases made after the date the increase comes into effect. We strive to display accurate price information, however, we may, on occasion, make inadvertent typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions related to pricing and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time and to cancel any orders arising from such occurrences.
Additional charges or taxes may be applied by your payment service provider, issuer bank or intermediary which are beyond our control.
You can use any available and the most convenient payment method currently available on the Platform for all purchases. However, CoinTrendz does not guarantee the availability of any payment method at any moment. CoinTrendz may add, remove or suspend any payment method temporarily or permanently by its own discretion.
VII. Refund Policy
Unless otherwise required by law, we have no obligation to provide a refund or a credit. Due to the nature of the Platform as a digital product, no refunds are granted without clear, justified and legitimate reasons.
VIII. Limitation of liability
CoinTrendz cannot guarantee that the digital presence will function without interruption or errors, that errors will be rectified or that the digital presence and corresponding server are free of viruses or harmful components.
CoinTrendz does not assume any liability for any damage or loss arising as a result of accessing or using items within the digital presence (or as a result of the impossibility of accessing or using such items or as a result of viruses, etc.).
Although CoinTrendz exercises maximum diligence to ensure that the information available via the digital presence is accurate at the time of publication, CoinTrendz shall not warrant for or provide any guarantee for its accuracy, reliability or completeness. The information and views appearing in the digital presence may be changed at any time without prior notice.
CoinTrendz has not tested the websites linked to the digital presence and accepts no responsibility for their content or for the products, services or other offers they include.
Nothing in the Platform can be construed as proffering investment advice to Users.
Our website/services contain links to the websites of third parties ("external links"). As the content of these websites is not under our control, we cannot assume any liability for such external content. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by CoinTrendz of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk. In all cases, the provider of information of the linked websites is liable for the content and accuracy of the information provided. At the point in time when the links were placed, no infringements of the law were recognisable to us. This does not represent any analysis of personal data (e.g., name, address or e-mail address).
